NAAPIMHA is honored to receive the 2013 Ernest M. Pon Memorial Service Award from the National Association for Ethnic Studies. The award is for the long history of promoting the mental health and well-being of Asian American, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders, and to “improve the quality of lives of children, youth and their families, adults and elders who face unique challenges brought on by culture and language barriers.
The Annual Awards Luncheon will take place on Friday, April 12 from 12:15 – 1:45pm at the Hilton Hotel in Fort Collins, CO.
